Technical Studies:
- Provided engineering consultancy services to PGESCO carrying out two Electrical Studies on the comparison, and pros & cons of using Vacuum OLTC against Oil OLTC and Interchangeability of Large Power Transformers in Power Stations performed to Saudi Electricity Company “SEC”
Retrofit Projects:
- CWPP Units 7 & 8 Feed Water Booster Pumps Replacement Project – Cairo Electricity Production Company – CEPC. This involves providing our client, EMC Energy, “the main Contractor of this project,” with the required and necessary engineering services. Our scope includes design drawings of the Feed Water Booster Pumps Replacement (three Booster Feed Water Pumps at each unit are being replaced with new pumps), and re-route piping and supports according to the new KSB pumps layout and the modified piping layout, including performing the required stress analysis calculations. Also, reviewing Control & Instrumentations documents, especially of the new bearing vibration sensors and providing the necessary design documents required for VMS/ DCS Control Logic and Settings modifications & implementation and providing supervision/ support of implementation at the site.
In addition, Foundation Calculations, Design and Reinforcement Calculations for the Concrete Foundation extension and preparation of Detailed Shop Drawings for Concrete Foundation Extension. Also, preparing a Method Statement for connecting the existing concrete with the new pump concrete foundation extension.
Matar Imbaba 220/66/11 KV Substation Extension – Transformer Foundation Calculation; Developed new calculation for transformer existing foundation considering the impact of eccentricity between transformer rails and concrete foundation.
Advanced Sustainable Service Infrastructure Projects:
- District Cooling Plant DCP One – 90 Project. District Cooling Plant (DCP) with a capacity of 10,000 TR. The scope of engineering services provided by ECSCo to the Client MLE JV (MEDCOM-LAND MARK SABBOUR-EMC Energy) includes performing surge analysis and piping stress analysis using CAESAR II 2019 v11 software and surge modeling tools compliant with international standards (ASME B31.1, AWWA M51, API 610, etc.). In addition, a 3D Revit Model of the Cooling Tower piping system, including supports for the cooling water piping system, was provided to the Client.
Oily Wastewater Vessel:
- Belayim Petroleum Company; Detailed Shop Drawing for 19 m3, 3Ton Oily Wastewater Vessel in Water Treatment Plant 2 x 2000 m3/ Day
